产品为淡黄色,易流动的粉末,蛋白质含量高;温和,绵柔的奶油风味。易溶于水,具有良好的热稳定性。主要可用于制造婴儿食品和婴儿配方奶粉的关键成分,同时也适可用于运动员或老年人的产品。产品适用干湿混合,可部分或全部替代乳清蛋白的使用。阴凉干燥条件下储存,保质期24个月。

水解乳清蛋白对婴儿、运动员和老年人的益处

注:蔚优Demi 90H没有科学研究,以下是对水解蛋白质及其对这些特殊目标群体营养影响的一般研究结果。在这些一般性研究中,没有提到确切的水解程度,我们不能将结果直接推广到蔚优Demi 90 H。

01蛋白质部分水解的好处-婴幼儿
